While there is not a way to merge two Funds together, you can use the Mass Update tool to change Donations marked with Fund B to Fund A.
  1. First, find all Fund B transactions:
     
    • Click Query
    • Click the category that you want to store this query in
    • Click New Query, under the Tasks Menu
    • Name the query: Fund B Transactions
    • Set the Starting criteria to Base/All Accounts
    • Set the Data Return Type to Journal Entries
    • Under MATCH select ALL
    • Choose Commonly Used Fields from the Available Fields drop down menu and click on Funds
    • Mark Fund B
    • Click Save and Preview
       
  2. Second, use mass update to make sure all of the transactions are un-finalized (so that they can be updated):
     
    • Click Management
    • Click Mass Updates
    • Click Finalize Journal Entries, under the Update Existing Items header
    • Select your Fund B Transactions query
    • Select Remove Finalization
    • Click Next
    • Click Next again to run the Update
       
  3. Third, use Mass Update to change all Fund B transactions to be marked as Fund A transactions:
     
    • Click Management
    • Click Mass Updates
    • Click Update Exsisting Transaction, under the Update Existing Items header
    • Select your Fund B Transactions query
    • Under Action, select Assign Under the Transaction Values tile, select Fund A as the Fund (do not make any other selections in this tile)
    • Click Next
    • Click on the View Report on make sure only Fund B Transactions are being pulled
    • Check the Preview to make sure the number of Transactions to be updated matches the number of Transactions your query contains
    • Click Next to run the Update

    • Click Management
    • Click Funds
    • Click the Enabled link under to Fund B and it will become Disabled
