Error: RE7 has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem (after installing RE on a new workstation)

After installing The Raiser's Edge on a new workstation, a user can log in successfully but receives the following error when trying to go to different modules such as Configuration or Reports:
Error: RE7 has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem

This occurs on only one workstation.
