Membership Card is printing with the incorrect format from the Constituent Membership Record

When you go to an individual's membership record to print a single card, you may notice that the card is not in the same format as member cards in the print membership process or that an old card is printing. This may happen when you change your membership card in the Letter Template Library, and try to print one card from the constituent record. Anytime you print a membership card, the card format is specified in the membership program.
You will need to change the card format in the specific membership program. This will recognize the correct print card process when printing one off's from an individual record.
  1. Go to Memberships
  2. Click on the hyper linked name of the specific membership program
  3. Go the Benefits tab
  4. Click Edit
  5. Choose the correct card format from the drop-down list
  6. Save
