Error: Application Cannot Be Started, Contact your application vendor

 When attempting to install Online Express, receive the following error: Application Cannot Be Started, Contact your application vendor
Try each of the following until the problem is resolved:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge as Supervisor 
  2. Login to the Workstation as a user with Local Administrative Rights
  3. Right click on your internet browser and select Run As Administrator (You must be on IE 8 or Higher to install Online Express)
  4. Add the site https://bbox.blackbaudhosting.com/webforms/service/bbox-plugin as a Trusted Site in your browser
