To find out the transaction that was not synced over, you would need to check the following:
  1. Go to Data Management, Import Export
  2. Search for "Convio Connector for RE Unsynced Transactions" Operation
  3. Run that Operation
  4. Download the Output File
  5. Search for the error message that corresponds with what you are looking for
  6. Look up specific constituent assosciated error message
  7. Check to see if constituent has RE Cons ID and RE Import ID, check to make sure there are no duplicates, as well as TeamRaiser Registration record is match to the correct Constituent record.
