Follow the steps below to modify the autoresponders for a donation form:
  1. Go to Fundraising > Select Donation Management
  2. Select the All Donation Forms tab
  3. From the list of donation forms, click Edit next to your donation form
  4. Go to step 5. Configure Autoresponders
  5. This will give you a list of autoresponders that are sent to donors
  6. To modify the autoresponder for only this specific donation form, you'll want to make sure the "Version to Send" says "Send the Customized Version." Click "Switch to Customized Version" to modify the autoresponder for this specific donation form
  7. Click Edit next to the autoresponder that you would like to change
  8. Now you will have the ability to edit the Envelope, HTML content and the Plain text content
It is possible to edit multiple autoresponders if you "Revert to Site Default Version" and make your changes to the Site Default Version of the autoresponder.
