Appeal mailing emails sent through BBIS do not return a list of constituents when queried in CRM

When an appeal mailing is sent from BBIS the mailing is added to a constituent's communication record.  If a user queries on the specific appeal using a constituent query no constituents are returned in the results.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
