This must be done individually for each participation type in the TeamRaiser
  1. Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Click "Edit" next to the teamraiser
  3. Go to step 6, "Manage Participation Types"
  4. Click "Edit" next to the participation type
  5. Go to step B, "Select Type Options"
  6. Scroll down to step 5, "Notification List" and add the email to that comma separated list (or remove it)
