I do not see my local drives in Blackbaud Hosting Services – when exporting and using the Windows Store version of Citrix Receiver

When exporting files from a hosted application, or when opening a file from a hosted application, you may encounter a situation where you do not see your local disk drive. This may occur if you are using the Windows Store edition of Citrix Receiver in Windows 8 or Windows 10,  instead of using the full edition (Win32) version.  
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Exit and Sign Out of your hosted application.
  2. Uninstall the Windows Store Edition of Citrix Receiver from the computer. 
  3. Download and install the full version of Citrix Receiver from the Blackbaud Hosting Services website.
