Option 1 - Delete the transaction
If you don't want or need the data from this transaction, you can delete it from the plugin using these steps:

  1. Mark the check box for the relevant transaction in the far left column of the processing grid
  2. Click the "Delete Selected" button. 
This will remove the transaction from the NetCommunity plugin entirely, without a need for further processing

Option 2 - Sign in as the RE user who checked out the transaction and check it back in
If you have access to the RE username and password for the user who has the transaction checked out, you can check the single transaction back in using these steps:

  1. Log in to The Raiser's Edge with the NetCommunity plugin as the RE user who checked out the transaction
  2. Click "NetCommunity" in the left menu bar
  3. In the NetCommunity plugin, click the hyperlink that corresponds to the type of transaction you want to check in
  4. In the processing grid, left-click the row for the relevant transaction
  5. Click the "Close" button in the top right corner of the processing grid window.
The transaction is now checked in, and can be checked out and processed by other RE users

Option 3 - Check in all unprocessed transactions
If you do not have access to the RE username and password for the user who checked out the transaction, you can check in ALL unprocessed transactions of that type at once using these steps:
  1. Log in to The Raiser's Edge with the NetCommunity plugin
  2. Click "NetCommunity" in the left menu bar
  3. In the NetCommunity plugin, click the hyperlink that corresponds to the type of transaction you want to check in [e.g. Sign-up requests, Profile Updates, Donations]
  4. Press the following combination on your keyboard: CTRL+ALT+F6
  5. Follow the prompts that appear in the window that pops up and asks "Are you sure you want to check in all unprocessed transactions?"
All unprocessed transactions of the corresponding type are now checked in, and can be checked out and processed by other RE users.
