Mail Membership Renewal Letters
  1. From Marketing and Communciations, click Membership renewal efforts
  2. On the Templates tab, click the name of the process
  3. On the Membership Rules tab, note the name of each Mail package being used
  4. Go to Packages, click View all packages
  5. Highlight the name of the package, click edit
  6. Note the name of the letter being used
  7. From Marketing and Communications, click Letters
  8. Highlight the letter, click Edit
  9. Click the blue hyperlink. This opens the letter in Word where you can make the changes. If you need to add additional merge fields, generate a new header file and start the mail merge process
  10. Save the document again
  11. In Altru, clear the current letter and reselect this new letter
  12. Click Save

Email Membership Renewal Letters
  1. From Marketing and Communciations, click Membership renewal efforts
  2. On the Templates tab, click the name of the process
  3. On the Membership Rules tab, note the name of each Email package being used
  4. Go to Packages, click View all packages
  5. Highlight the name of the package, click edit
  6. Note the name of the letter being used
  7. From Marketing and Communications, click Email Marketing, click View all emails
  8. Highlight the membership email, click Edit
  9. Make the desired changes, click Save
