This occurs when a parent or grandparent's record is auto matched to the applicant or student record.  To resolve this:

1. From the NetCommunity Plugin, select the form, and click View Relationship Matches
2. Highlight the parent or grandparent that is showing as linked to the student/applicant record
3. Click on Remove Match
4. If the parent or grandparent is in the Education Edge database, you can select to Add Match, and search for the correct record
