Note: Incorrect changes to registry settings can cause serious system problems that may be irreversible without reinstallation of the operating system. Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
 
  1. Right-click on the Login Manager icon on status bar
     
  2. Select Sign Out
  3. Open the Raiser's Edge 7, and select a database
     
  4. Manually update the workstation from the deploy folder
  5. Export the following registry keys from a working workstation and import them on the problem workstation:




    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\REINI



    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\REINI_1



    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\The Raiser's Edge 7



    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBC.INI\RE7_1
