I received a call letting me know that the wrong fax number was receiving hundreds of faxes meant for a different standard target. Some of those faxes are from us through our current alert. Apparently Luminate Online has routed the faxes to the wrong agency. The caller asked if we could turn off the fax capability right now. Is there some way to stop these faxes and/or redirect them to the correct phone number?
