Blank page loads when following hyperlinks in CRM Help Files

When attempting to use the Search option in the CRM Help Files, users are taken to a list of links. When they attempt to follow these links in Production, they are taken to a blank page.
Contact Support with the following information:   
  • Affected Blackbaud Hosting Servicesand Application username(s)
  • The exact steps to duplicate the issue (click by click).
  • The name of the Blackbaud application affected.
