How to exclude a specific email domain from a receiver's query:

  1. Navigate to Communications > eMail
  2. Hover over the desired eMail campaign and select Manage
  3. Click the Receivers Query link next to the desired mailing
  4. Expand Contacts
  5. Expand Profile
  6. Expand Contact Fields
  7. Select Email
  8. Click Add
  9. Select Contains Any of
  10. Type the email domain (ex.
  11. Click OK
  12. Click to highlight the Email Contains Any of statement in the query
  13. Click Not
  14. Click Save
