  • You have duplicate records in our system.
  • You do not have an internal record in our system.
  • Your internal record has not yet written to
To link your account to your record in our system:
  1. Clear your internet browser's cache/cookies.
  2. Log into and click my blackbaud.
  3. Scroll down to Chat with Support and click it.
If you are able to access the Chat Support page, the records linked correctly and you should no longer receive the error.
