- Your blackbaud.com account is not linked to your record in our system.
- You have duplicate records in our system.
- You do not have an internal record in our system.
- Your internal record has not yet written to blackbaud.com.
- Clear your internet browser's cache/cookies.
- Log into www.blackbaud.com and click my blackbaud.
- Scroll down and click Chat with Support.
- If they are able to access the chat page, the records linked correctly and they should no longer receive the error.
