You received this message because:
  • Your blackbaud.com account is not linked to your record in our system.
  • You have duplicate records in our system.
  • You do not have an internal record in our system.
  • Your internal record has not yet written to blackbaud.com.
To link your blackbaud.com account to your record in our system:
  1. Clear your internet browser's cache/cookies.
  2. Log into www.blackbaud.com and click my blackbaud.
  3. Scroll down and click Chat with Support. 
  4. If they are able to access the chat page, the records linked correctly and they should no longer receive the error.
If you are able to access the Case Central, the records linked correctly and you should no longer receive the error.
