We found contacts in Luminate CRM that have the same donations showing up twice on the Donations related list even though only one donation was made online. However, when I pull a donation report for this contact, only one copy of each donation shows up, which is correct. How do I fix this?
If a contact is added to the same donation twice, with two different Donation Contact Roles, the donation will show up twice in the related list on the contact record and on some reports. To resolve this, remove the duplicate entries from the Donation Contact Roles list on the donation object.
