Try each of the following until the issue is resolved:
  1. Try connecting via wi-fi Internet access instead of cellular data service. If possible, try a different wi-fi signal.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  3. Ensure you're on the latest version of RE Mobile Service and Blackbaud Web Services.
  4. Stop and restart the RE Mobile (Mobile App) or Blackbaud Web (Event App) services.
  • Log into the workstation that has the Blackbaud Web Services installed.
  • Click Start.
  • Type in Services.msc and press Enter.
  • Find the RE Mobile or Blackbaud Web Services.
  • Right click and choose stop.
  • Right click and choose start.
  • Attempt to log into the application again.
