Unable to mark a charge back transaction as reconciled in Reconcile Transactions and Disbursements

When reconciling Blackbaud Merchant Services disbursements through Reconcile Transactions and Disbursements in Treasury, if you click View by Disbursements, you can see which Disbursements have been reconciled. You may find that if you have transactions associated with a resolved charge back, you are not able to mark these transactions as reconciled, therefore the entire disbursement is not marked Reconciled. 
This issue has been resolved. If you experience this error, please chat with support to provide the exact steps that were taken.
