This message is due to the maximum number of registrations being at capacity.

To resolve, either the quantity of purchases for the registration needs to be edited or the maximum number of registrations available need to be edited.

To edit the quantity available:
  1. Navigate to Communities>Forms>Registration
  2. Hover over your Form Name and select Website Info
  3. Select Step 3 Registration Form Options
  4. Click Edit next to the Registration Type that is prompting the message
  5. Next to Quantity edit the number
  6. Click Save
  7. Navigate back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
To edit the maximum number of registrations:
  1. Navigate to Communities>Forms>Registration
  2. Hover over your Form Name and select Website Info
  3. Select Step 3 Registration Form Options
  4. Click Edit next to the Registration Type that is prompting the message
  5. Click the Advanced tab and edit the Maximum Number of Registrations Available For This Type
  6. Click Save
  7. Navigate back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
