Complete the following in the order listed until the issue is resolved:
- Ensure that at least 100 MB's of free disk space is available on the system drive.
- Check your computer memory (RAM) to see if it is all being used by other applications or processes or maxed out. If so, close any unnecessary applications to free up available memory (RAM).
- Log onto the computer with a different Windows account that has administrator rights and attempt to log into the Raiser's Edge to determine if it's due to a Windows profile issue.
