We've noticed in Duplicate Management > Duplicate Management Activity > Snapshot it always says we have three potential duplicate record to resolve when we really have none. Whenever we click on the Resolve New Registrations tab when it says we have three, there are no duplicates to resolve.
Is there anyway to fix this?
This is most likely due to the Snapshot information referencing constituent IDs that do not exist in the system anymore. Support can clear out the matches to resolve the notification. Please contact Support and reference this solution (BB751764).
