If Blackbaud does not host the NetCommunity site, please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.

If Blackbaud hosts the NetCommunity site:
  1. Attempt to access the URL outside of your work network, not connected to your organization's Wifi. For example, try to access the page on a mobile device only use cellular data. If the page loads successfully, please contact your IT department and note the behaviors that are occurring. 
  2. Try to access the CNAME record, clicking through any security errors. If the CNAME resolves to the website, this indicates there could be an issue with the DNS, for which you'll need to contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance.
