Team pages share information about a particular athletics team, including a list of the team’s coaches, game scores, a team calendar, team news, and the team roster. These pages are created and managed by faculty members (typically coaches) that were designated team page owners in the Athletics Manager.

Create a team:
  1. Navigate to the page with the Athletics Manager part on it. 
    • Note: If a page does not exist with an athletics manager part on it, then a page and part will need to be created. 
  2. Click Create New
  3. Choose Season, Gender, Division, and Sport from the drop down menus in the popup window.
  4. Click Select beside Page Owner
  5. Choose the Page Owner Name
  6. Click Select
  7. Click Save
Once the team has been created:
  1. Log in to the website as the Page Owner
  2. Navigate to the page with a Campus Page Manager part on it
    • Note: If a page does not exist with a campus page manager part on it, then a page and part will need to be created. 
  3. Click Create Team Page from menu in the campus page manager part
  4. Choose the team from the dropdown menu
  5. Enter a Page Name
  6. Choose the template to use from the dropdown menu 
  7. Mark the checkbox to Publish Now
    • ​​Note: This checkbox will need to be marked before students can see the page. 
  8. Click Create
  9. Edit any parts on the page that are needed. Team Roster and Coaches will need to be edited on the page, if those parts are present. 

Once the page has been created, if the page cannot be seen by members of the team please follow the steps listed here.
