Actions show multiple times in Action Detail Report when sorting by Solicitor

When running the Action Detail Report and sorting by Solicitor, actions may appear in the report multiple times. This happens when there is more than one solicitor associated with the action and the report is being sorted by Solicitor.

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Alternative solution: 
Do not use the Sort/Break feature in the report. Instead, create a query of records for the report.
  • In the query, select the Sort tab. 
  • Sort by Solicitor Name field
  • Save and close the query
  • Open the report parameter file
  • On the General tab, click Include...>Selected records, and include the query
  • Select the Format tab and highlight Sort/Break on the left
  • Remove any sort fields
  • Mark Sort by query order
