Users may find that information between The Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online is no longer syncing. When users navigate in Luminate Online to Data Management > Luminate Management > Control Status, they may find that one or multiple controls are listed as disabled.
This issue was resolved with an update to the Luminate Online service bus.
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. Be sure you are on the latest version of the Luminate Online plug in for The Raiser's Edge.
Click the Enable link next to any Control listed as Disabled. In order for the integration to function properly, all controls must be enabled.
