Error: SyncException: Object reference not set to instance of object - in Queue Problem Management

When checking Queue Problem Management for errors in Luminate Online > Data Management > Luminate management, users may find the following error for Contacts:

When clicking on the error for more detail, users may see the detail error listed as:

Object reference not set to an instance of object

This issue was resolved with version 1.4.5326 of the Luminate Online plug in for The Raiser's Edge.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
