Validation error: You do not have rights to view diplomas when importing

Users may receive a validation error when importing students. Validation error: You do not have rights to view diplomas.

1. Log into The Education Edge as a user with Supervisor rights (or rights to Set up system security)
2. In Administration -> Set up system security, open the affected users group
3. Within the group, highlight Registrar's Office under System Components
4. Under Registrar's Office Privileges, ensure Records is marked
5. Highlight Records and select "Options..."
6. In the Record Types Security Options, highlight Students
7. Ensure View rights are marked for Requirements
8. Click OK
9.  Under Registrar's Office Privileges, ensure Configuration is marked
10. Highlight Configuration and select "Options..."
11. In the Configuration Security Options, highlight Registrar Setup
12. Ensure View rights are marked for Registrar Setup and Diplomas
