With the announcement that Microsoft will be ending support for Windows XP on April 8, 2014, security & compliance updates and technical support will no longer be available from Microsoft for this operating system.  Thus, potentially exposing XP users to security threats.  Please refer to the Microsoft Security Blog for additional information.

All future security and Citrix application updates will be intended for current Operating Systems, therefore continued use of Windows XP can negatively impact access and/or functionality within the hosted environment.  For your protection and continued experience, Blackbaud highly recommends that your organization upgrade to a newer version of Microsoft Windows.

Blackbaud understands the impact this may have on your business and in order to assist in the process, we have  included some resources below to help provide clarification and direction through this transition period.

For questions or additional information on the end of Windows XP  Support or the above retailers, please contact your organization's qualified IT representative, visit Microsoft's End of Support page or contact Microsoft directly at 1-800-MICROSOFT.
