This error usually means the connection for the integration was unavailable at the time that message tried to sync. First, check and make sure that the integration is connecting properly:
  1. Select Data Management > Luminate Management
  2. Select the Queue Status tab
  3. At the bottom of the page if the server status does not say "Available", refer to Information is not synching between The Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online Marketing
  4. Once you have determined that the integration is connecting, rebuild the QPM errors.
If the QPM errors do not return after 15-20 minutes, the likely scenario is that your Blackbaud Web Services went offline and was started again (often a result of the restarting of a computer/server).
