All ticketed programs are not showing online on web forms

When viewing your web page you may notice that some of your ticketed programs are not showing online even though they are live on the website and ready to be sold.
Edit the settings for the on sale period function that is available through the online settings for tickets when accessing Manage Program Forms.
  1. Go to Web, Manage program forms.
  2. Under Configuration, click Online settings for tickets
  3. Edit the on-sale period to XXX days to show how far in advance to sell tickets. (For example, if you want to sell tickets a week in advance, enter 7)
Note: This date defaults to 180 days.  Be sure when selecting this date to think about possible date changes and how likely people are to buy at the on-sale time.
