There is a setting in LCRM to prevent Sandbox instances from syncing with Luminate Online production instances.

Do the following:
1. In Luminate CRM, go to Setup.
2. Go to Administration Setup -> Company Profile -> Company Information.
3. Note the Organization ID.
4. Go to App Setup -> Develop -> Custom Settings.
5. Click Unused Settings.
6. Click Manage.
7. Click Edit.
8. Paste the Organization ID into the TEXT field.
9. Save.
