A user has completed an online enrollment application and submitted payment, but the application and payment were never received.

This happens when the user has added characters to a numerical field.

For example, entering a word in the social security number field.

You can view the user-submitted data by viewing the form data. If you wish to view the data, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Site Explorer > Forms
  2. On the left-hand side, click on the Data tab.
  3. Find the user that submitted the form.
  4. Click on the name of the user.
  5. You should now see the form that was submitted.

In order to process the application in Education Edge, the user will need to either re-submit the form, or it will need to be manually entered by the organization.

A user has partially completed a form and receives the runtime error when proceeding to the next step in the form.

This may occur if the user entered a number field, like social security, in an invalid form. For example, entering 3 digits of SSN instead of 9, and clicking Save, then navigating back to a previous step.
