1. Go to: Control > Reports > People > All Contacts
  2. Set the desired date range
  3. Mark the radio button: Limit the report result to the initiatives I choose.
  4. Click Next
  5. Mark the radio button: Choose Individual Initiatives
  6. Click Next
  7. Put check marks by the desired events
  8. Click Add
  9. Click Next
  10. Put a check by Supporter ID (this is unique to each record, if you sort by it, you will see each record is unique in the list)
  11. Click the tab: Contact Info
  12. Put a check by Company Name
  13. Click Finish
  14. Mark the radio button: No - Run the report immediately and wait for it to complete
  15. Click Run Report
