Will co-captains receive coaching emails? Some are stating they have not received them.
In a coaching email, when selecting the Team Captains as a filter, it will indeed send to co-captains as well. If they do not receive the email, ensure their constituent profile has the "Accept Email" box selected. Also, their email service provider may have redirected the message to their junk/spam folder, or if they are using Gmail, perhaps it was sent to the Promotions tab.
