• This is due to that the information is being pulled from all of Sphere not just the contact record for the account.  So if a participant registered with organization A and is now registering to an event with organization B it will pull the required fields to create a contact record even if the record already exists on your records.
  • If the Participant does not have an email address associated with the record they will not be able to complete the form if the email field is required.  If this contact is within your records you will need to update the contact record with an email address or the participant will need to create a new user name and password.
