This is caused by users not having visibility for the new fields that have been added to Recurring Gift. You need to give visibility to those fields for every user who uses Recurring Gifts. There are several ways to do this in Salesforce(editing the profile, creating a permission set and assigning it to specific users, etc.). The new fields that should be visible to users are: 
Recurring Gift 
· Balance 
· Next Due Date 
· Paid Through 
· Total Committed 
· Total Forgiven 
Recurring Gift Commitment 
All fields should be visible 
Recurring Gift Forgiveness 
All fields should be visible
