To view Recent transactions in the MobilePay app:
·         Ensure you’ve processed MobilePay transactions in the timeframe set within (Menu (top left) > Settings > Recent transactions)
·         Ensure the user account used for MobilePay can log in and view transactions within the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal > Transaction Search
·         Ensure the user account does not have the ability to 'change their password upon log in' to the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal

If the user has the option to 'change password upon log in' checked as part of their BBMS User account,  unmark this selection and click Save to update the BBMS user information. Log into the MobilePay app and review recent transactions.
