Delete button is grayed out when trying to delete a printer from the printer list in Altru

 When a user needs to delete a ticket printer or receipt printer from the printer list they may see that the delete button is grayed out. 
  1. Click on the double green arrows next to the main list the receipt printer is attached to. Examples of list names are, "Ticket Printers" or "Receipt Printers."
  2. Click Edit
  3. Find the printer you wish to remove in the list
  4. Click on the name of the printer
  5. Press the delete key on your keyboard or right click and select "delete" from the drop down menu
  6. Click Save
