1. Go to Constituent360 > Groups.
  2. Click the green tab for Administrator Group List.
  3. Create a new Administrator group if you haven't done so already and give it a name relative to what permission this group will have.
  4. After creating the group, you should land on the Group Information tab. You'll want to switch to the Group Permissions tab.
  5. Change the dropdown menu to Custom Permissions and click Choose
  6. Mark the checkbox for "Custom Reports" and click Save.
Now Administrators in this group, will have the option to view custom reports in Reports Classic. If administrators in your group still cannot see custom reports in Reports Classic, then please contact support.
