This article covers instances where an Unexpected Error is encountered when attempting to enter a Volunteer through Single Volunteer Entry (Volunteer Registration Entry) through the Bookkeeping section of the event.
The following steps outline how this error is encountered:
1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
2. Mouse over the event and click on Bookkeeping
3. Click on Volunteer Registration Entry
4. Click New
You arrive at an Unexpected Error page
The error is also encountered via these steps:
1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
2. Mouse over the event and click on Bookkeeping
3. Click on Volunteer Registration Entry
4. Search for a participant and mark the radio box next to their record
