Email does not download into BBIS Signup transaction batch when using specific Email Type

Users enter the required field "email address" in a New User Signup, but when the information downloads to Batch, there is no email address listed. This only occurs when certain Email Types are selected.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
