If your product has been set up with a tribute message, then the quantity input box will not display. This is because products with tribute messages require additional configuration before they can be placed in the shopping cart. The system is not set up to handle multiples quantities of this type of product at once and forces you to configure them before adding them to the shopping cart. The quantity input box will display on the shopping cart page and will allow you to add more products at checkout.

The quantity box should display next to products that don't require extra configuration by default. If the quantity box is not displaying, then you may need to enable the option by following these steps:
  1. Go to Fundraising > select eCommerce.
  2. Select the Global eCommerce Options tab.
  3. Mark the box for item #2, Default display quantity input box.
  4. Save your changes.
