- Data Management > Luminate Management.
- Click on Control Status.
- If Outbound Control is disabled, this is the reason that this record was not communicated to RE. Click Enable. (Note: The system may automatically disable these controls if many errors have been occurring).
- You will need to make a small modification to the record (like adding an "A" to the middle name) in order for RE to pick it up as an updated record.
- Once the record flows over to RE, you will be able to merge the duplicates in RE.
