You will need to check the Control Status which dictates how records flow between Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online.
  1. Data Management > Luminate Management.
  2. Click on Control Status.
  3. If Outbound Control is disabled, this is the reason that this record was not communicated to RE. Click Enable. (Note: The system may automatically disable these controls if many errors have been occurring).
  4. You will need to make a small modification to the record (like adding an "A" to the middle name) in order for RE to pick it up as an updated record.
  5. Once the record flows over to RE, you will be able to merge the duplicates in RE.
