This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.
1. Log in to the NetCommunity site as a user account with full supervisor rights
2. Click Users & Security
3. Click Users
4. Click the pencil/edit icon for the relevant user account
5. Enter a new password value in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields
6. Click "Save"
