Error: Server Error in / Application - when clicking a password reset link from a forgotten password email

When clicking the password reset hyperlink in a Forgotten Password/Username Email [generated using the "Forgotten Password" link in a User Login part], a runtime error ("Server Error in '/' Application") occurs.  The details of the runtime error displays as follows when duplicating the issue from the BBNC web server:

This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.

Alternate solution:
1. Log in to the NetCommunity site as a user account with full supervisor rights
2. Click Users & Security
3. Click Users
4. Click the pencil/edit icon for the relevant user account
5. Enter a new password value in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields
6. Click "Save"
