When sending an email blast in Online Express with a Text & Image block, recipients who use Outlook may see a misalignment between the image and the text (the text is pushed down slightly). In the email preview in Online Express, the top of the text appears to be in line with the top of the image. It appears this way when viewing the email in other places, such as Gmail, but when viewing this in Outlook, the top of the text is pushed down slightly from the top of the image.
This issue only occurs for Microsoft Outlook users and is caused by the image being linked to a URL. This causes the text beside the image to be pushed down. Due to this issue occurring in Microsoft Outlook, this is not something we can control nor address.
