Credit cards for recurring gifts are not successfully tokenized when using the Advanced Donation Form

When an advanced donation form is configured with the option to 'proceed directly to payment', recurring gifts submitted through the form were not tokenized.  This results in the inability to run the credit card process against these gifts.  

The following message is seen when attempting to process the recurring gift:

The donor’s current credit card information cannot be used to successfully process this payment. Please contact the donor to get updated credit card

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
