Why can't I see Online Express?

When logging into the Raiser's Edge on a workstation in which Blackbaud Online Express is installed, the icon for Online Express is missing on the navigation menu if the user does not have Supervisor rights.
Ensure that Online Express has been installed on the workstation.

1. Log into The Raiser's Edge as a user with Supervisor rights.
2. Click Online Express on the Navigation menu.
3. Go to Account>Integration Options.
4. Click Security along the left.
5. Check the boxes next to the security groups we wish to have access to Online Express.


Grant the user supervisor rights
