This issue has been reported by customers who host their own Raiser's Edge database and web services. Multiple installations of Blackbaud web services is not supported and will cause the reported errors and issues with connection to the RELO integration and ResearchPoint. Customers who host their own Raiser's Edge will need to contact their internal IT staff to locate their duplicate web services and resolve the error.

Suggested troubleshooting:
Uninstall web services
Update to the latest plugin version and web services version
Use Event Viewer to monitor error logging
